What’s troubling you?

Are you living a life of added stress, anxiety, and many other emotions due to what’s going on in the world? Have you ever stopped and thought for a moment as to what the real reason is for your raised stress & anxiety? Is it financial, news, social media, friends, or some other means? We live in a world where we have access to pretty much everything at the click of a button. This doesn’t mean that everything we have access to is good for our mental well-being. Living in a world where everyone has a voice with many platforms to share it makes controlling our daily stress a bit more difficult.  Our goal at Crossroadz Coach is to provide you with ways to create healthy financial and life habits and become better tomorrow than we are today. These healthy habits can be tied to every aspect of our lives. What a better way to start off the new year than to invest in your own personal growth and development! We will cover many different topics in our blog that will offer creative ways to get out of our own way and make steps towards a better tomorrow.

2020 has really brought a lot of issues out into the spotlight.  The good news is we can make a decision to change!  Deciding to do this earlier on, as the bad habits is newly formed, makes it easier to identify the bad habit and replace it with a healthy one.  Here are the beginning steps to make corrections:

  1. Admit there is an area in our lives we are falling short
  2. Decide to change
  3. Set up appropriate “safety nets” to hold us accountable
  4. Stick to our plan and make adjustments as necessary
